Carl Bidleman

Carl is managing partner of ConvergenceMedia productions, has been a television producer and administrator since 1979. He is former Executive Producer of KRON's Bay Area Backroads, a series about travel and adventure. His credits include documentaries, newsmagazines and public affairs programs for public television.

Neil Eisenberg

Neil is an attorney specializing in environmental law. He is a former member of the board of directors for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and formerly served as president of the City of San Francisco Board of Permit Appeals.

Peter Lippett

Peter is an attorney specializing in trusts and estate planning. He served on the board of directors for the U.S. Olympic Committee from 1980-1982. He was a lecturer at the University of California from 1965 through 1995, and has published several books on estate planning.

Jerold Lowenstein, M.D.

Jerold co-founded the Oceanic Society in 1973. He is Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Lowenstein writes a column for California Wild magazine and is a contributor to New Scientist magazine.

Joan Roughgarden, Ph.D.

Joan is Professor of Biological Sciences and of Geophysics at Stanford University. She specializes in theoretical ecology and has authored hundreds of technical journals. She serves on numerous scientific advisory boards including the Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary board.
