Whale Watching Vessels
We work with two primary vessels for our year-round whale watching trips the Salty Lady and the Huli Cat. If we are fully booked we may also charter with two other established sport fishing boats. Our captains not only are experienced seaman but have special knowledge about operating successful nature cruises.
Salty Lady: Since 1991 we have chartered the 56-foot Salty Lady, our primary vessel. She can carry up to 48 passengers and has two heads (toilet with sink), an indoor seating saloon (limited indoor seating) and observation deck. She is capable of 16 knotts however for passenger comfort she operates at 13-14 knotts.
Huli Cat: Since 2005 we have chartered with the 53-foot Huli Cat. She can carry up to 37 passengers and has two heads (toilet with sink), an indoor seating saloon (limited indoor seating) and observation deck. She is capable of 20 knotts however for passenger comfort she operates at 13-14 knotts.
