TERMS AND CONDITIONS - IMPORTANT:

Trips may be cancelled by Oceanic Society Expeditions due to undersubscription, hazardous weather, or acts of God. If the Oceanic Society cancels a trip, YOU MUST REQUEST A REFUND OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 30 DAYS of your original departure date. Due to the special nature of whale watching trips and the potential of cancellations due to weather, the following policy applies: no administrative charge for rescheduling; refunds will be accessed a processing fee of $2 per ticket. In no event, however, shall our liability exceed the obligation to refund the amount you paid to us. There are no automatic refunds. No refunds will be issued unless Oceanic Society Expeditions cancels a trip. Rescheduling less than 2 weeks before trip date is not permitted. Fuel charge assessed on turnaround trips. Contact our office regarding turnaround trips.

NOTE: BOATS LEAVE PROMPTLY; NO-SHOWS AND LATECOMERS WHO MISS THE BOAT FORFEIT THE ENTIRE FEE. YOUR SELECTED DATE WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION PACKET. WE WILL CALL YOU IF BOTH OF YOUR DATE CHOICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
