Robert Baigrie is Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at Wildlife Conservation Network (WCN) and has been working on complex economic and conservation issues, predominantly in Africa and Asia, for the last 11 years. Before shifting his focus to the environment, Robert spent 15 years in alternative asset management in London and Hong Kong. He grew up near the ocean in Cape Town, South Africa, and has loved reptiles since childhood. Robert studied Economics and is a CFA charterholder. He enjoys sports and anything that gets him to the beach or into the cold water near his home in Pacific Grove, California.
