Eirik Skjærseth is a technologist, entrepreneur, and advocate for human-centered innovation. He co-founded Bolder, a Norwegian company that introduced the concept of “Conscious Technology”—the idea that digital tools should advance fundamental human values and empower people. Eirik has led large-scale initiatives, including a next-generation democracy platform and a 64,000 m2 physical experience lab. Eirik brings a systems-level approach to solving global challenges and is deeply interested in how technology can serve people and the planet.
